How long does delivery take?
Roughly 14 days. We hold no stock — your piece is printed only after you order (which is why it is truly yours, not one of a pile). Production takes most of that time, then a courier brings it straight to you.
How much is shipping and where do you deliver?
Shipping is free, always. We deliver by courier (DPD, DHL, UPS) to addresses across the European Union. No pickup boxes yet.
Can I return my order?
Yes — standard catalog items can be returned within 14 days of delivery, no reason needed. Use the “Withdraw from the contract” form in the footer; you get a confirmation and the return address by e-mail immediately. Exception: personalized pieces with your own text are made to order and cannot be returned.
The size does not fit — now what?
For standard items the 14-day return covers it: send the piece back and order the right size. Next time, the size chart on every product page helps — measure your favourite tee and compare the cm.
How do I claim a defect?
Write to info@beeai.cz with your order number and a photo. We are liable for defects for 24 months and resolve claims within 30 days (usually sooner) — reprint, new piece, or refund.
How does personalization work?
On motifs marked as personalizable you tick a box, type your own text (say, your dog’s name), pick a font and colour — and see a free preview before ordering. Personalization costs nothing. Just note: a personalized piece is made to order, without the 14-day return.
What are the t-shirts made of?
The classic tee is 180 gsm combed cotton (Gildan); the premium tee is 180 gsm certified organic cotton (Stanley/Stella). Both with reinforced seams, unisex regular fit.
What printing technique do you use — will it last?
Apparel is printed DTG — direct-to-garment, no ironed-on foil, so it does not crack. Mugs use sublimation fired into the glaze, dishwasher-proof. Wash apparel inside out at 30 °C, no tumble drying.
How do I pay and is it safe?
By card via the secure Stripe gateway (used by millions of shops worldwide). Your card number never reaches us. Prices are final — we are not VAT payers. The invoice arrives by e-mail right after payment.
How do I check on my order?
Right after payment you receive a confirmation e-mail with the invoice. Any time after, write to info@beeai.cz with your order number (BPP-…) and we will check the status for you.
